A cancer diagnosis can prompt many people to think about staying active and following a more healthy lifestyle. We can help you find the right type of exercise for you.

Gentle exercise can benefit both the mind and body both during and after cancer treatment.

It is proven to have beneficial effects and a positive impact, but cancer and treatment for cancer can affect your energy levels and may have an impact on how much you want to exercise.

We encourage people of all fitness levels to speak to us and let us help you find the right exercise to meet your needs. We welcome the general public and people with long term health conditions to join many of our classes and get involved – please ask for more details.

  • Bespoke exercise programme (designed for people undergoing cancer treatment)
