Learn how to build your own resilience and confidence, strengthen your immune system and reduce tension. Tai Chi can help build balance and coordination in your body and can help improve physical and mental wellbeing.
Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and can be done seated or standing. It can be adapted to suit all levels of mobility.
This is a friendly group and classes are open to all.
